Connecting Starlink and the EAATA 360 Super VCI for an all-keys-lost case. The Ford F-150 was in California, with Jesús providing support from Miami. This video shows how the equipment was connected for remote support.
Starlink provides Internet access. It is powered using the supply compatible with its kit, and the connection is checked before work begins.
In this setup, an Ethernet cable carries the Starlink connection to the EAATA 360 Super VCI. The required port or adapter depends on the Starlink kit.
The Super VCI connects to the F-150's OBD-II port. With stable Internet and vehicle power, Jesús handles the remote support session from Miami.

Do I need to buy a THINKCAR?
We first review the equipment you already have. A compatible THINKCAR can provide the connection for remote service, depending on the model, vehicle and required work.
What do I need at my workshop?
The vehicle, compatible connection equipment, internet access and a person beside the vehicle. We explain the specific preparation requirements before the session.
Who performs the service?
Jesús Terán, an electronics engineer and technical lead at Programming Car Pro. He holds a current NASTF registration and active professional liability insurance.
How much does the service cost?
Remote diagnostics cost $100 USD and remote programming costs $100 USD. They are separate services. We confirm the scope and complete cost of your case before starting. External costs require prior approval.
Is remote service included with my scanner?
Equipment purchases, software updates and remote services are separate. A scanner's software subscription does not include unlimited diagnostics or programming services.
