United States shipping
Programming Car Pro LLC provides free standard shipping for scanner orders delivered within the United States.
Order processing
THINKCAR Platinum 391 orders normally dispatch from a U.S. warehouse within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day. This is the dispatch window, not the delivery time.
Transit and tracking
UPS transit is normally 3–5 business days after the package is handed to the carrier, depending on the destination and carrier conditions. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Tracking information is sent after shipment.
Address accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address before checkout. Contact Programming Car Pro LLC promptly if an address correction is needed. An address cannot always be changed after shipment.
Damage, loss or delivery issue
Inspect the package when it arrives. Contact Programming Car Pro LLC promptly with the order number, tracking information, photos of the package and product, and a description of the issue so the carrier claim and available remedy can be reviewed.
Service area
This policy currently applies to the United States Shopify market. Local pickup and walk-in service are not offered.

Canadá: envío e importación incluidos
Esta sección se aplica a los THINKCAR Platinum 391, 394 y 399 comprados a Programming Car Pro LLC para entrega en Canadá. Los precios se muestran en dólares canadienses (CAD). El envío a Canadá, los impuestos y aranceles de importación y los cargos de despacho aduanero están incluidos en el precio. No tendrás cargos adicionales de importación al pagar ni al recibir el pedido.

Canada: shipping and import charges included
This section applies to THINKCAR Platinum 391, 394 and 399 scanners purchased from Programming Car Pro LLC for delivery in Canada. Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Shipping to Canada, import taxes, duties and customs clearance charges are included in the price. No additional import charges are payable at checkout or on delivery.
The supplier ships directly to the customer and arranges delivery with import costs paid (DDP). The estimated delivery time depends on the destination and is communicated for each order; the shipping times stated for the United States do not automatically apply to Canada. We will provide tracking information after dispatch.
