Battery testing, endoscope, printer, oscilloscope, ADAS, TPMS and key-programming accessories or services can require separately purchased modules, software or equipment.

The scanner's remote capability and any remote module or key programming service sold by Programming Car Pro LLC are separate. A scanner purchase does not include unlimited remote labor.

Does it support bidirectional tests and ECU programming?

It supports active tests and compatible programming workflows. Availability depends on the vehicle, module and software. OEM subscriptions, security credentials and required access are separate; J2534 support is not a guarantee that every module can be programmed.

Are Heavy Duty, EV and ADAS included?

Our listed package includes 2 years of free passenger-vehicle software updates from activation. Heavy Duty and EV packages are optional unless expressly included in your confirmed order. ADAS and other accessory functions can require separate licenses and equipment.

Can I return an activated Platinum 394?
