The Platinum 399 has a 14-inch screen and a 22,400 mAh battery; the Platinum 394 has a 12-inch screen and a 12,600 mAh battery. Both listed packages have 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage and THINKLINK Pro VCI. The larger display gives the 399 more space for diagnostic information.

Can I diagnose two vehicles at once?
