Technical diagnosis: US$100 per eligible standard case. Eligible programming: US$100 per confirmed case. Your technician remains with the vehicle while the workshop performs the physical repair and requested safe tests.

Equipment assessment

Workshops may identify their available scanner, laptop or J2534 interface for technical diagnosis. Equipment names do not promise compatibility; the exact device, license, vehicle, module, authorization and applicable procedure are assessed first.

Service limits

Support is subject to case, technician, equipment, authorization and procedure assessment. It does not promise universal coverage, physical repair, parts, OEM subscriptions, security procedures or programming outcomes.
